We don't provide return. If customer received damaged product or wrong product then we do exchange. To claim exchange customer should make full unboxing video.

 

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION”  will be entertained once the Payment has been made.

 

Cancellation Policy

Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders. However exchange  is possible for all orders/products if wrong or faulty item is received. Please provide an unboxing video of the product from start to end within 24hrs of receiving your delivery and submit your inquiry at thegiftfairy022@gmail.com.If you fail to notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order, we cannot guarantee a exchange for your order.
