For optimal protection during shipping, we recommend box packaging to keep your canvas bag intact and secure. Alternatively, we also offer packaging in a dust bag, followed by a parcel packet, to ensure your bag arrives in perfect condition.

At Bagyo, we are committed to delivering your products promptly and efficiently to almost all parts of India.

Shipping Policy:

• Orders are delivered within 10 to 14 working days from the date of shipping. Embroidery Bags takes 15-20 working days for delivery. ( We dont accept Urgent delivery for embrodiery bags)

For remote or less accessible areas, delivery may take extra 1-2 weeks, depending on location. We work with other couriers to ensure timely delivery, but there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen logistical challenges beyond our control. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience.

Please note that while we strive for smooth and prompt deliveries, Bagyo reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion.

Return Policy:

• Returns: We do not offer returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide an exchange. To claim an exchange, please submit a full unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Refund & Cancellation: Due to the nature of our service providers, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment has been made.
• Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only possible for faulty or wrong items. Please send an unboxing video within 24 hours to thegiftfairy022@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Failure to do so will void the exchange.

Wash care instructions for Handbags: Use a thin damp cloth to clean the body of the bag. Do not hand wash or tumble dry the bag. Use fillers to stuff the bag when not in use. Do not dry clean.
