Shipping Policy:

Delivery will typically occur within 6-9 working days (business days exclude Sundays and public holidays).
Customized bags require a longer processing time of 10-14 working days for delivery.

For remote or less accessible areas, delivery may take extra 1-2 weeks, depending on location. We work with other couriers to ensure timely delivery, but there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen logistical challenges beyond our control. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience.

Please note that while we strive for smooth and prompt deliveries, Bagyo reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion.

Return Policy:

Returns: We do not offer returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide an exchange. To claim an exchange, please submit a full unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Refund & Cancellation: Due to the nature of our service providers, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment has been made.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only possible for faulty or wrong items. Please send an unboxing video within 24 hours to thegiftfairy022@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Failure to do so will void the exchange.
